ZAR Conditions of Sale

• Prices stated are ex-factory.
• Prices include VAT
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable on all orders before production will start.
• Trophies will only be shipped once full payment has been received.
• Clients will be notified on completion of order.
• Trophies are stored at owners risk.
• It is the responsibility of the Hunter/Outfitter/Professional hunter, to ensure that trophies are subject to correct field preparation specifications.
• Spiral Horn is indemnified from any hair slip, defects or bacterial damage which may occur as a result of incorrect field preparation.
• Work is done at owners risk.
• In case of loss or damage to a trophy due to uncontrolled circumstances (fire, theft, power failure, act of God, etc.) deposit will be returned in full settlement of claim.
• All goods remain the property of Spiral Horn Taxidermy until fully paid. Spiral Horn Taxidermy shall be entitled to sell such goods in order to recover outstanding amounts owed.
• Protected species will not be accepted without legal permits. Being in possession of any protected game product is a contravention of the law.
• Please ask for quotes on items not listed on the price list.
